The basic premise behind The Carrier is one that starts simply: a man wakes up in a dark room. He doesn't know how he got there and can't remember who he is. He looks down, and a titanium briefcase is shackled to his wrist.
He doesn't know what's inside it...
... and he doesn't know how it got there.
And one more thing: he might be the world's most wanted terrorist.
In many ways, The Carrier asks readers to put themselves in the shoes of the main character. What would you do if you woke up and had a briefcase on your wrist? Would you run? Who would you call? Where would you go?
What if you were a terrorist but didn't even know it?
As a graphic novel, The Carrier is a globe-spanning action & espionage story.
As an iPhone app, however, The Carrier is a multimedia experience that unfolds in real time over the course of ten days, pulling you into the story through geolocation, email, messaging, and more. In all, The Carrier is a 35-chapter, 680-panel mobile comic experience.
Written by Evan Young; drawn, colored and lettered by Luiz "Lula" Borges and Will Walber.
